A's Precision inks production deal for new Ford Bronco component
A’s Precision has signed a deal to produce a machined component for the new 2020 Ford Bronco.
The component will exceed 350,000 yearly volume and will be entirely manufactured in our headquarters in Mississauga Ontario Canada.
A's acquires new Union Boring Mill
A’s Precision has added a new industrial grade boring mill to their machining lineup.
UNION (2007) PCR160plus CNC ram/floor type horizontal boring mill with SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D CNC control, 6.29" spindle diameter, travels X-330", Y-196.85", Z-59.05", 21.65" x 17.71" square ram, SEMPUCO 2-axis CNC universal head with through spindle coolant, right angle head with through spindle coolant, UNION DV-60 118" x 118" CNC in-feeding rotary table with 59.05" longitudinal in-feeding travel, 60 TON table loading capacity, (2) 118" x 118" floor plates, spindle speeds to 2800 RPM, CAT 50 taper, 40 station ATC
Ground will be broken at A’s auxiliary plant starting in early 2019
February 2019, ground is broken and the pit is being dug.
March 2019, Pit has been dug and getting ready for concrete pouring.
April 2019, Concrete foundation has been poured and a waterproof liner has been laid.
June 2019, X-axis installed and Y-axis column being erected.
A's Precision acquires Dieform Automation

In June of 2018 A’s precision has expanded its organization and acquired a local tool and die shop Dieform Tool. The organization will be pivoted towards the modern day manufacturing and automation.
